Happy 4th of July to our US followers.
To everyone else....ummmm Happy Wednesday?? MOL
Please please please..... with fireworks every where, keep your pets safe:
1. Make sure they have ID and it is current and up to date
2. Keep them at home and away from windows - trust us, we won't enjoy the parade or fireworks as much as you would like to think
3. Have vet records and a current picture on hand in case we get out
4. Locate an emergency vet in your area - just in case
Local shelters and animal control say that the day after the 4th is one of their busiest. Mom seems to remember that our local county dog shelter picked up over 250 lost dogs last year after the fireworks.
